Delivery and Returns
Delivery
If you are within 50 miles of O'fallon IL we can meet at an agreed upon location, you can pickup your item at my location (address will be provided once item is ready for pickup or you item can be shipped directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, extreem tempurators hot or cold, and the time of the day you place your order.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 15 days from the ship date for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be in unused, original condition.
Items should be returned in their original packaging, if possible.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.
